La bergerie is a self-catering cottage of about 120 sqm located on the property of Les Marronniers. The building is timber-framed, as is typical in the Country of Auge. Capacity : 6 persons (excluding children under 2), very good level of comfort. The cottage benefits from its own access, parking spaces, a bike shelter, and a private flourished garden with terrace of about 1000 sqm. It is located next to the meadow and the property’s woodland. The cottage is equipped with a garden table and chairs, a barbecue, an entrance hall with recess, an open fitted kitchen giving onto the dining room (electric coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, crockery, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, gas plates, dish washer), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a washing machine, a living room including table, chairs and sofas, a fireplace, a TV (DVD player and VCR), a stereo, a selection of books and games. Also: iron and ironing table, vacuum cleaner, cleaning kit. Heating from electric convector heaters and radiant heaters. Electric water-heater of 220 litres. Bed sheets and dish towels supplied, bath towels not supplied.

The property is located between Lisieux (20 min) and Caen, less than 2 hours from Paris and Amiens. The beaches, the casinos and the race-courses of Deauville, Cabourg, are very near (22 km). The tourist towns and sites such as Honfleur (30 min), Caen (35 min), Rouen (1hr), Bayeux (45 min), le Mont-Saint-Michel (1hr 30 min), Etretat (1hr) and the landing beaches (45 min), are within very quick reach.
