The property is situated in the Midi-Quercy region of the Tarn et Garonne. If you wish to get away from it all and enjoy a peaceful holiday the region awaits you. You will find yourself in the heart of the gently preserved countryside of South West France. Tour the hill top villages and medieval castles in their picturesque settings. Enjoy the ambiance and fresh produce of the local markets. Sample the superb food and wine of the region in our local restaurants. For the more adventurous the region has much to offer. Rocks to climb,forest walks, rivers for canoeing and fishing. the area is a paradise for cyclists as many of the roads are vitually traffic free and the local forests can offer more adventurous cycling.

The Villa is set in a mature garden with two and a half acres of private and secluded grounds. We also have a very good all-weather tennis court. The extensive terrace surrounding the pool has an outside shower and the adjacent pool-house has a WC and changing area. It is a delightful place to relax and enjoy our lovely weather. The Villa has a sitting room approximately 19 feet by 17 feet. It is light and airy with french windows leading to a private terrace with a view over the extensive grounds. The terrace is equipped with sunbeds,parasol,table and chairs. Due to its situation the Villa and terrace are very private. The galley kitchen is appointed to a high standard with hob, oven, fridge and microwave. The shower room is also spacious with a large vanity unit with power points and de-misting mirror. The bedroom has twin beds, bedside cabinets a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Our seasonal fruit and vegetables are freely available to our guests throughout their stay. All linen is provided apart from pool towels. There is also the use of a washing machine and ironing room free of charge.

Places of Interest

The region has an abundance of different events throughout the summer. Most local villages have a summer fete with firework dispays, dancing and side shows. In July the hill top village of Bruniquel has an open air Opera/Music festival in the grounds of the castle. There are also lively evening markets, antique fairs and art galleries/ The river Aveyron is a delightful place for anglers and temporary fishing permits are available in our local village of Montricoux. further down river at St Antonin one can hire canoes or enjoy the hilltop walks overlooking the valley. For cycling enthusiasts we have virtually traffic free roads for you to enjoy.
